Fully fenced and gated, with 24-hour onsite security personnel and HD cameras recording inside and out. Two authorised drivers are allowed on your account at any one time.

Valet check-in with a video walk-around on every drop-off and pickup, uploaded to your account. Request your car two hours ahead and tell us if you want it washed or lightly serviced first.

What’s included
One climate-controlled space in our gated 130,000 sq ft facility, 24-hour onsite security, monitored fire suppression, and valet parking at drop-off and pickup during regular hours. Gold membership adds after-hours self drop-off and pickup, a weekly rinseless wash at pickup, a weekly inspection and car start, and VIP private event access.
Getting your car
Let us know two hours in advance using the car pickup request form. Tell us if you want the car washed or lightly serviced before arrival. We do a video walk-around before every handover and upload it to your account.
Authorised drivers
Two drivers are allowed on your account at any one time. All drivers must have a photo ID on file, which we verify on arrival. Update your list of authorised drivers at any time.
Commitment & billing
Commit for 12 months and your last month is free. Otherwise agreements are month to month. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Apple Pay, Amazon Payments and Google Pay. Payment details are encrypted and staff cannot see them.

What security do you offer?
Our facility is entirely fenced, with 24/7 security personnel on the premises. Multiple HD cameras record inside and out, and a gated access system controls entry.
Do you offer battery maintainers?
As an authorized dealer for NOCO, we offer maintainers and sell them if needed for home use. Our subscriptions include starting the car each month.
Do you service or maintain my car?
Each month we ensure that your automobile is started, and our subscriptions include two hand washes per month before pickup. For anything more, we refer you to specialised mechanics — including mobile mechanics — that we trust to come onsite.
What is the cancellation penalty?
There is no cancellation penalty on full month-to-month subscriptions, outside of promotional commitment terms. We do not prorate; give us 30 days notice and vacate before the end of the month.
What happens if I sell my car?
We can transfer your account to the new owner with an updated contract. If they wish to move the car, cancel the subscription via the website, bearing in mind any promotional commitments.
